Font

Strategic communications operating system

Font is a Comms agency-as-a-plugin. My love letter to my former profession, it handles:

  • curation of media lists
  • campaign & crisis planning
  • daily briefings and scanning

And much more.

All through a persistent strategy kernel that actually remembers your organisation's context, audiences, and messaging.

Kronos

ADHD executive management system

ADHD support-as-a-plugin, but also incredibly useful for the neurotypical:

  • Dynamic calendar scheduling
  • Task shifting & management
  • Work drag and drop handoff

Connects to your tasks, email and calendar. Reschedules what you missed. Preps you for meetings.

Also gives you a daily briefing of everything you care about.

Stratus

Strategic planning operating system

MBB-as-a-plugin, this is my consultancy killer:

  • Interrogation to Deck
  • Org-wide strategy kernel
  • £5m MBB into £5 compute

Stratus gives you deep strategic advice and consultancy on tap. It allows you to bring S-tier strategic thinking to any business challenge.

And provides it as a continuous service.

Why build these?

All three projects share the same DNA. They use AI as a thinking partner that maintains persistent context about your organisation, tells you the truth even when you'd rather hear something else, and produces outputs grounded in evidence. They're built on Claude's Agent SDK and designed to run inside Cowork — Anthropic's desktop tool for non-developers.

The common thread is a problem I kept hitting: most AI tools are either too generic to be useful or too rigid to adapt. These sit in between. They carry your context forward, they learn your organisation's language, and they're opinionated about quality. If you give Stratus a strategy built on untested assumptions, it will say so. If Font spots a crisis signal in your morning briefing, it will escalate. If Kronos notices you've been in hyperfocus for four hours without eating, it will interrupt you.

Each one is being built in public and are part of Bayes' infrastructure. I'm the first user, the first critic, and — when they inevitably do something annoying — the first person to fix it.
